A 1:1 Coaching Package is a 4 month commitment to your own growth. Insight can occur in one or two sessions, but the mind, body, and soul transformation occurs over time.

This package can be a combination of coaching and private breathwork sessions as it is fitting for your intentions.

Welcome! I am Christina Sudduth and am so glad that you are here!

I am a personal empowerment coach which means I teach practices that allow you to connect more deeply to your UNIQUE essence and wholeness that exists within your body right now and is READY to be amplified in the world.

When we work together, we will get in touch with some of your truest desires and fullest expression.

You may be really attuned with these desires or maybe you haven’t given them much thought. You may have been spending too much time focusing on other people, suppressing your emotions, or maybe your desires seem so grand that you don’t know where to start.

Together, we create a safe environment where you can begin to connect with your desires, ground yourself into your current reality and begin expanding into the possibility of your dreams by exploring new action steps and foundational practices for increasing your personal power.

This process is the path to integration - taking that which is within you already and bringing it into physical reality.

As always, you are setting the pace and depth to which we work.

Integration takes time and energy. There may be moments where you have the energetic capacity to go deep and other times when you need to take a pause. This ebb and flow is natural, and part of stepping into your power is becoming more trusting of the wisdom of your body, your need for boundaries, and your ability to take action and to rest. Together, you will learn how to listen and build this trust.

Personal change and creating the life you envision is not a solo endeavor, so we will also work within the context of your most important relationships.

In our work together, you will have the opportunity to strengthen your capacity to create intimacy and a sense of support with the people in your life through communication and an understanding of personal sovereignty.
